Position Summary
Responsibilities
• Perform commercial material and labor takeoffs
• Analyze construction drawings and bid documents
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns
• Coordinate supplier pricing
• Submit competitive proposals
• Support value engineering initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years commercial electrical estimating
• Blueprint proficiency
• Experience with Accubid or similar software
• Understanding of Sarasota construction market preferred
• Field experience highly valued
