The 6 Steps

Pre-Construction

Discovery & Design Assist

We walk the site or the drawings with you, confirm existing service capacity, utility availability and site constraints, then calculate connected and demand load and size the service and distribution. Design-build or plan-and-spec, we work with your engineer on the one-line, panel schedules and lighting layouts so the numbers are right before anyone orders gear.

Pre-Construction

Estimate & Value Engineering

You receive a scope letter that reads line by line with your spec, with clarifications called out, alternates priced and realistic value-engineering options that lower cost without lowering quality. Our proposal comes with proof of license, bonding and insurance so your owner has nothing to chase.

Pre-Construction

Contract, Permits & Utility Coordination

Contract executed and schedule of values set. Switchgear, fixture and controls submittals go out immediately so long-lead equipment is released early. We handle the FPL, Duke Energy, TECO or Peace River service application, transformer and meter requirements, and pull the electrical permit so the utility is ready when the building is.

Construction

Rough-In & Service Entrance

A site-specific safety plan and kickoff with your superintendent come first. Conduit, duct bank and grounding go in with the slab; wall and ceiling rough-in follows the framing from coordinated drawings. Switchgear, panelboards, transformers and standby generators with automatic transfer are set, terminated and torqued to manufacturer specification.

Quality

Finish, Testing & Inspection

Receptacles, equipment connections, LED lighting and controls, EV charging and low-voltage pathways are installed clean and labeled. Insulation-resistance testing, torque verification, phase rotation and emergency-lighting tests are documented, and we walk every inspection with the AHJ.

Turnover

Commissioning, Closeout & 24/7 Service

Generator load-bank and transfer testing, lighting-control programming and a walkthrough with your facilities team. As-builts, O&M manuals, warranty letters and final lien releases are delivered together — and after turnover, the same fully bonded and insured company that built it answers the phone 24 hours a day.
