Commercial Electrical Contractor in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Surrounding Areas
Commercial and industrial installation is where most of our work happens: tenant improvements for national retail brands, medical office fit-outs, fitness clubs, three-phase power for industrial mixing and processing equipment, and distribution upgrades in occupied buildings. We work as a subcontractor to the GC or directly for the owner, and we are used to overnight and phased work in operating facilities.
At Steel City Electric, we provide comprehensive commercial and industrial electrical installation services throughout:
Projects include Foot Locker (UTC Mall and International Mall), LA Fitness (Tampa), Insomnia Cookies (Sarasota, 400 A service), PT Solutions Physical Therapy (Apollo Beach, 400 A three-phase medical build-out) and a new service, switchgear and standby generator at a secure GEO Group facility in Tampa — see our project portfolio.
