Project Overview

Steel City Electric is the electrical subcontractor to Hollandsworth Construction for the Bealls Florida #63 store at Bradenton Creekwood (7381 52nd Place East), working from electrical plans by ME3 Consulting Engineers through multiple owner-driven revisions.

Scope of Work

Sales-floor and fitting-room lighting, including display and mirror lighting
Receptacles and branch power for fixtures, displays and back-of-house equipment
IDF backboard power and low-voltage coordination
Lighting contactor and a 480 V sump pump contactor
Field coordination of plan revisions and change orders with the GC and owner

Project Result

Project in progress; scheduled to finish mid-October 2026.
